Adjustments to the OpenSwap farm: After conducting an analysis of our farm and consulting the community; we have decided to make some adjustments to our farming pools. The plan is to consolidate overlapping pools and add new pools to the mix. While there may be some changes to the pools you are currently farming, the vast majority will have pools that you can migrate into with your existing assets. Long term, these adjustments will allow us to more effectively assist the community as a DEX and DeFi protocol. We have already added some new pools and will be marketing them over the next few weeks. Now is your chance to get in before we take it to twitter and start marketing outside of our social media groups.

We are happy to announce an official partnership with One Immortl ! Starting Monday, there will be a week long celebration with plenty of news and events to commemorate these two great projects coming together.

Validator update: The OpenSwap validators will not be rewarding in OpenX tokens over the next few days. This has to do with the fee setup for both validators on the Harmony staking site. While we reconfigure the fees on the Harmony site, you will be rewarded in $ONE tokens through the Harmony staking site. A quick refresher regarding our fees being listed higher than other validators. Our validators take a portion of the rewards and market buy OpenX before sending the tokens to the delegators. The fee structure is used to gain access to the rewards to conduct the market buy of OpenX. OpenSwap remains committed to the community to constantly promote growth through DeFi. Anytime the validator is unelected, we will payout the missed rewards. Update: The network suffered a block propagation issue due to heavy spam traffic. We’ll have a post-mortem announcement to share with the community once the issue is resolved. The solution is applied but will need a couple more hours to fully recover. That said, being this was caused by heavy spam traffic, our upcoming PR to increase minimum gas should prevent this moving forward and greatly improve overall performance.
